Your responsibilities:
Are you a proactive multitasker with a talent for keeping things running smoothly? Join us as our Office manager and become the vital link between our local team and Medis Head Office in Slovenia. You’ll handle a variety of tasks, including organizing, prioritizing, and analyzing incoming information, managing correspondence, preparing reports, tracking expenses, and supporting the managing director and wider team. You will also coordinate business trip organization, hotel reservations, and flights; align marketing and sales logistics; and ensure that documents and processes run efficiently and according to protocol. You will support our remote colleagues in Poland and collaborate closely with our Medis headquarters in Slovenia.

Our expectations
- High school degree (University degree is a plus)
- 1–3 years of experience in similar roles
- High level of independence and reliability
- Excellent organisation skills, ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Driving licence (B category)
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Advanced digital skills are required
