Your responsibilities will be sales analytics, forecasting support, CRM and field force effectiveness, sales capability development and cross-functional coordination with marketing, medical and other business functions. The position acts as a key business partner to the commercial organization, ensuring data-driven decision making, effective execution and continuous improvement of commercial processes and field activities. Your role supports commercial operations across Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
